Baptism

We believe that baptism is an outward display of a decision made to follow Jesus.

A believer’s immersion in water, in the name of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, is a solemn and beautiful emblem of our faith in the crucified, buried, and risen saviour, Jesus Christ. It signifies our union with Him – that we are now dead to sin and alive to God and a member of His body, the Church (Matt. 28:19-20; Rom. 6:1-3; 1 Cor. 12:13).
