The Eldership of CityReach West church are the overseers of care and counsel across the church. Established as a ministry under them is the pastoral care and counsel team. And across the church there are small group leaders in men’s, women’s and community group spaces offering everyday care and counsel amongst the church. And as a whole church, every believer indwelt with the Holy Spirit is encouraged to take up the call of Christ to speak truth in love, as we go about our daily friendships, serving, work, and mission in any and all seasons of life.

We believe that as Christ’s church, he equips us with true hope that goes deeper than superficial bandaids when it comes to the trials, sorrows and sufferings in this life. We believe in the sufficiency of the Word of God to reveal God and that it is He who is our help in time of need. The Gospel of God – the good news of Jesus Christ gives hope and healing to people suffering the brokenness of this world, their bodies or those around them.
