We desire to be a church family able and willing to help one another navigate the various seasons, every day struggles and pains, as well as joys and celebrations of this life through loving care and wise counsel.
Helping One Another – where and who can you go to each week?
Did you know there are many forms of help right here amongst the church family at CityReach West?
Every week, as the church gathers and scatters, there are opportunities for us to help one another become wholehearted followers of Christ, no matter what we are walking through as we share life with one another.

Corporate worship, post-service prayer, serving teams, fellowship, and pantry hampers through Pastoral Care & Counsel team.

Mid-week groups gather around the Word, praying and helping connect these things to everyday life are the primary source of discipleship, care, and counsel in the life of the church.

The church office has a mini library with booklets and books to borrow on topics from spiritual growth, addiction, grief, disability, mental illness, parenting, relationships, forgiveness and more, that you are welcome to better understand someone you are doing life with, or your own heart.

Every Thursday morning, our ‘Hands & Feet’ team serve fresh groceries to anyone doing it a little tough at the moment in the rear carpark. We also have basic pantry supplies available from the church office through the Pastoral Care & Counsel team during the week for those in need.

Whether you are in need or have something to share with others, we will endeavour to connect those in need with the contributions offered from the church family.

Pre-Marital Preparation
Whether you're discerning engagement or preparing for marriage, walking with a mentor couple provides space to grow, ask honest questions, and receive Christ-centred support and guidance. To help us connect you with an appropriate mentor couple, please complete the form via the button below.
Pastoral Counsel
Our Pastoral Care & Counsel team have training in Biblical Counselling and are available to meet freely with those from the CityReach West Church family by appointment.
Requests for Biblical counsel can be made on Sundays through the West Weekly Care & Connect form or the button below.
Topics of conversation you may wish to seek biblical counsel regarding could be, but are not limited to:
Topical matters of faith or spiritual growth
Specific struggles with sin
Marital counsel (to strengthen, refine, or restore/reconcile)
Parental roles/responsibility or wisdom matters
Physical or mental struggles or sufferings
