These days, hope often feels hard to come by. But real hope is what the Christian faith claims to offer: a joyful expectation for the future, based on true events in the past, which changes everything about my present.
It sounds good... But is it true?
Join us for a free, 3-week course where we look at the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus and how He uniquely fulfils our deepest longings—for hope, peace, and purpose. Each session includes a short video, a group discussion on the Gospel of Luke and an opportunity to ask questions in a relaxed environment. Each person will receive a Bible and a Hope Explored workbook.
Whether you’re exploring faith, new to Christianity, or want to bring a friend who’s curious about Jesus, this course is your opportunity to explore, to discuss, to question and to discover.
1. Hope
Topic: Jesus gives hope — because he’s the Mighty God, with the power to meet our deepest needs.
2. Peace
Topic: Jesus offers peace — because he’s the Prince of Peace, who tears down the barrier between us and God.
3. Purpose
Topic: Jesus brings purpose — because he’s the Everlasting Father, whose defeat of death gives life the meaning we long for.
